ORDER OF SIR JOHN CHADWICK MADE ON 02 MAY 2010
AND UPON reading Shahab Haider's application in writing as the Provisional Liquidator of Tabarrak Partners LLP
IT IS ORDERED THAT
1. The Provisional Liquidator may seek legal advice requested, provided that the costs incurred in obtaining that legal advice are not to exceed US$3,000 without further order of the Court.
2. The costs incurred by the Provisional Liquidator in obtaining any legal advice are recoverable from the assets of Tabarrak Partners LLP.
3. The court fee for this application is recoverable from the assets of Tabarrak Partners LLP.
4. This order is stayed for 48 hours from its date. If within that period of 48 hours any of the four parties makes a written request for an oral hearing of application 26/2010, then the order is stayed until the conclusion of that oral hearing or further order in the meantime.
