UPON reviewing Application No. CFI-023-2021/7 dated 25 September 2023 and CA-013- 2021/2 and CA-015-2021/1 dated 26 September 2023 filed by Charles Russell Speechlys LLP pursuant to Rule 37.11 of the Rules of the DIFC Courts to come off the record as the legal representative of IGPL General Trading LLC in cases number CFI-023-2021, CA-013-2021 and CA-015-2021 (the “Proceedings”) (the “Applications”)
AND UPON reviewing the witness statement of Sara Jayne Sheffield dated 10 October 2023 filed in support of the Applications
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:
1. The Applications are granted.
2. Charles Russell Speechlys LLP has ceased to be the legal representative of IGPL General Trading LLC in these Proceedings.
3. Charles Russell Speechlys LLP shall provide to the Registry, by no later than 4pm on 12 October 2023, contact details belonging to IGPL General Trading LLC.
4. There shall be no order as to costs.
