IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT: having reviewed the documents submitted with Application Notice CFI-008-2013/8, in particular the emails from Mr Radhakrishnan Nanda Kumar, I hereby direct that these documents be referred to the Attorney General of Dubai for his review and consideration of committal and contempt of Court, as permitted by Rule 52.37(1) of the Rules of the DIFC Courts.
