UPON the application of the Claimant by application notice CFI024/2013/2 dated 20 November 2013 as amended ("the Application")
AND UPON READING the documents referred to in the Application
AND without a hearing
AND WITH THE CONSENT of the Defendant/ Respondent to the Application
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED BY CONSENT THAT:
1. The Application and the documents referred to therein shall not be disclosed (other than to the parties) without further order of the Court.
2. The Claimant may amend its Particulars of Claim in the manner sought in the Application.
3. The Particulars of Claim as amended may omit the description "Amended" and shall hereafter be referred to as "the Particulars of Claim".
4. Pursuant to RDC Rule 18.20, the original text in the Particulars of Claim (in so far as amended) pursuant to this order is not required to be shown.
5. The Particulars of Claim dated 31 October 2013 shall not be disclosed (other than to the parties) without further order of the Court.
