Justice Maha Al Mheiri dated 23 September 2022 in CFI-024-2020 and CFI-059-2020
AND UPON Hana Habib Mansoor Habib Al Herz issuing a Notice of Commencement of Assessment of Bill of Costs on 26 June 2023 (the “HAH Detailed Assessment Proceedings”), pursuant to the Judgments of Chief Justice Zaki Azmi, Justice Roger Giles and Justice Robert French dated 21 February 2021 and 13 June 2021 in CA-011-2020
AND UPON Hana Habib Mansoor Habib Al Herz’s Application for continuation of the HAH Detailed Assessment Proceedings dated 28 July 2023 (and as amended and issued on 24 August 2023) (the “ HAH Continuation Application”)
AND UPON the Sunset Parties’ Application for continuation of the Sunset Detailed Assessment Proceedings dated 28 September 2023 (the “Sunset Continuation Application”)
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT
1. The Sunset Continuation Application is granted.
2. The Sunset Detailed Assessment Proceedings shall progress.
3. Costs in the case.
