UPON reviewing the Fifth Defendant’s Application Notice No. CFI-025-2020/7 dated 8 August 2021 requesting permission to seek extension of time to reply under Rule 16.18 of the DIFC Court Rules (“RDC”) and seek extension of time under RDC 4.2 (1) (the “Application”)
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:
1. The Application is granted
2. The Fifth Defendant is granted 21 working days to prepare and file his detailed response under RDC r.16.18.
3. The timelines for submissions and hearing of the trial shall be extended under RDC r.4.2(1) in light of the above, and the Case Management Order shall be amended to that extent.
4. No order as to costs.
