UPON the Case Management Order of H.E. Justice Nassir Al Nasser dated 18 July 2021 setting out the agreed timetable of directions concerning these proceedings (the "CMC Order").
AND UPON the Acknowledgement of Service filed in the Registry by the Second Defendant and Fifth Defendant on 10 August 2021
AND UPON the Request of the Second Defendant and Fifth Defendant to file and serve its Defence on Thursday 2 September 2021
AND UPON the parties agreeing to revise the CMC Order accordingly agreeing to amend the timetable of case directions in the CMC Order.
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:
1. The CMC Order is revised as per the attached draft (“Revised CMC Order”).
2. The deadline for the Second Defendant and Fifth Defendant to file and serve its Defence is extended as per the Revised CMC Order in Annexure A.
3. No order as to costs.
