UPON the Consent Order of 4 February 2022 to vary the terms of the August Consent Order accordingly agreeing to amend the timetable of case directions (“February CMC Order”)
AND UPON the PTR Order of Justice Lord Angus Glennie dated 24 March 2022 (the “PTR Order”)
AND UPON the Consent Order of 29 March 2022 extending the PTR directions
AND UPON the parties having agreed to the below directions by consent
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED BY CONSENT THAT:
1. The February CMC Order at paragraph 9 is varied to provide that the time for the Trial Bundle to be filed and served is to be no later than 4pm on 29 April 2022.
2. Costs of this order are in the case.
3. Liberty to apply.
