UPON reviewing the Applicant’s Application No. CFI-025-2015/1 dated 1 September 2016
AND UPON reviewing the letter from Emirates NBD dated 13 April 2016
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:
1.Emirates NBD shall produce to the Liquidator of the Applicant all bank statements of MAS Clearsight Limited.
2. The production ordered in paragraph 1 above shall consist of the production of any books, records or other documents or information or other data in the control of Emirates NBD in relation to bank accounts held by MAS Clearsight Limited.
3. The production of documents to be made by Emirates NBD pursuant to this Order shall take place within 14 days of the date of this Order.
