IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:
1. The Sixth to Eighth Defendants are to file a hearsay application notice by 4pm on 23 September 2022.
2. The Sixth to Eighth Defendants are to file an extension of time application by 4pm on 23 September 2022.
3. The Claimant is to respond to Sixth to Eighth Defendants’ Request for Information dated 7 September 2022 by 4pm on 23 September 2022.
4. The Claimant and the Fourth to Eighth Defendants are to file their closing submissions by 4pm on 21 November 2022.
5. The Claimant and the Fourth to Eighth Defendants are to file any reply submissions by 4pm 5 December 2022.
