Following the delivery of Judgment on the First Defendant's applications to strike out the Claimants' statement of case and for security for costs
UPON HEARING submissions from counsel for the Claimants and counsel for the First Defendant
IT IS ORDERED that:
(1) Both the Claimants and the First Defendant are granted permission to appeal against the Order made in the striking out and security for costs applications.
(2) Save for the security for costs as ordered against the Claimants, proceedings are stayed until further order.
(3) The Claimants' application to amend their Claim Form and Particulars of Claim pursuant to Application Notice 30/2010 is allowed with costs to be borne by the Claimants and to be paid by the Claimants to the First Defendant.
