UPON reviewing the Claimant’s Application Notice dated 2 September 2018 seeking further information from the Defendants (“the Application”);
UPON reading the relevant material in the case file;
AND PURSUANT TO Part 19 of the Rules of the DIFC Courts;
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:
1. The Claimant’s Application is granted.
2. The Defendants shall file and serve further information in response to the request made by the Claimant on 14 August 2018, set out at Schedule 1 to this Order, by no later than 4 pm on Sunday 9 September 2018.
3. The Claimant shall have permission to file and serve an Amended Reply, should it be deemed necessary by the Claimant following receipt of the Defendants’ further information, by no later than 4 pm on Sunday 16 September 2018.
4. The Claimant shall serve this Order on the Defendants.
5. Costs in the case.
