UPON reviewing the Order of H.E. Justice Shamlan Al Sawalehi dated 8 July 2018 (“the Order”);
UPON the Claimant/Petitioner having filed a Certificate of Compliance dated 15 July 2018;
UPON receiving confirmation from the Claimant/Petitioner that no notice of any objection to matters raised in the Order had been received by him as at 4pm on 23 July 2018;
AND UPON reviewing all relevant material in the case file;
IT IS ORDERED THAT:
1. PAF Limited (Trading as Peyote Restaurant) be wound up pursuant to Article 84(1) of the DIFC Insolvency Law (No.3 of 2009).
2. Hisham Farouk of Grant Thornton LLP, be hereby appointed as Liquidator of PAF Limited.
