UPON reviewing the Application Notice filed by the Defendant/Applicant seeking orders for discharge of an injunction imposed by Order 2 of the Order of Justice Cooke issued 16 May 2018, as continued by Order 1 of the Order of Justice Giles issued 22 January 2020, issued on 7 October 2021 under Application No. CFI-027-2018/6 (the “Application”)
AND UPON the Defendant consenting to the allowing the Claimants/Respondents and the Additional Respondent a further 48 hours beyond what is envisaged in RDC 23.41(2) (as amended by RDC 2.15) in which to file their evidence in answer to the Application
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED BY CONSENT THAT:
1. The Claimants/Respondents and the Additional Respondents’ evidence in answer to the Application must be filed and served on or before 4pm on Tuesday 26 October 2021.
2. The Defendant/Applicant’s evidence in reply to the answer (if any) must be filed and served on or before 4pm on Thursday 4 November 2021.
