THE JUDICIAL AUTHORITY OF THE DUBAI INTERNATIONAL FINANCIAL CENTRE
Further to a hearing of the application for a disclosure order made by the Claimant on 15 April 2010 in Chambers
IT IS ORDERED that:
1. Lachlan Davidson, on behalf of the Defendant, submit an affidavit within seven days of the hearing on 15 April 2010, i.e. by 22 April 2010, in relation to his resignation emails or correspondence, stating the applicable notice under his employment contract and whether, on receipt of his resignation, the Defendant required a longer notice period than that set out in his employment contract to apply for the termination of his employment.
2. The Defendant provide by 4pm on 15 April 2009 an unredacted copy of the Minutes of a Board Meeting of the Defendant on 26 September 2009 to H.E. Justice Al Muhairi for his review and determination as to whether any part of the redacted portions of this document relates to the termination of employees, their applicable notice periods, or breach by the Defendant of its contractual obligations to employees and should, therefore, be disclosed by the Defendant.
3. No applications on costs made by the parties but costs were reserved.
