UPON reviewing the Third Claimant’s Application Notice CFI-027-2016/12 dated 27 February 2020 seeking an order that the Court gives permission to the Applicant to discontinue its claims against the Defendants in this case (“the Application”)
AND UPON reviewing the case file;
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:
1. The Application for permission to discontinue its claims against the Defendants is granted.
2. There be no order as to costs.
