2. Liberty to the parties to apply to extend this stay by consent with the Claimant at the same time reporting to this Court by letter explaining the current status of the parties' settlement endeavours.
3. Liberty to the Claimant to apply to lift this stay at any time by letter to the Court explaining the status of the parties' settlement endeavours.
4. The costs of this application to be the Claimant's costs in the case.
