CONSENT ORDER
UPON the Consent Order of Assistant Registrar Hayley Norton dated 28 March 2024 dismissing the Proceedings and making provision for the payment by the Claimants of the Defendant’s costs of the proceedings, to be assessed by the Registrar if not agreed
AND UPON the Claimants and the Defendant reaching a full and final agreement in relation to the costs to be paid by the Claimants to the Defendant pursuant to the Consent Order dated 28 March 2024
IT IS HERBY ORDERED BY CONSENT THAT:
1. The costs to be paid pursuant to paragraph 5 of the Consent Order dated 28 March 2024, as agreed by the parties, are in the aggregate sum of AED 269,241.26 (the “Costs Sum”) and that the Defendant shall have no further claims against the Claimants in relation to these costs.
2. The Claimants shall pay the Costs Sum to the Defendant by 4pm on 6 May 2024.
3. Liberty to apply.
