UPON reviewing the Defendants/Receiving Parties' request for a Final Costs Certificate;
IT IS ORDERED THAT:
1. The requested Final Costs Certificate is granted.
2. Within 14 days Ms. Aldisi is ordered to pay to the Defendants AED 178,087.50 (being the difference between costs assessed on the standard basis and the costs assessed on the indemnity basis, plus one half of the costs assessed on the standard basis) and Mr. Saleem is ordered to pay to the Defendants AED 132,687.50 (being half of the costs assessed on the standard basis).
3. If, after 14 days, Ms. Aldisi and Mr. Saleem have failed to pay the amounts set out in paragraph 2 above (upto AED 265,375) each of the remaining Claimants is liable to pay up to the standard amount ("AED 265,375"), in such a way that:
a. Their liability stands behind that of Ms. Aldisi and Mr. Saleem; and
b. They are entitled to an indemnity from Ms. Aldisi and Mr. Saleem in respect of any costs which they do have to pay; and
c. As between themselves, they bear equally the costs which are not paid by Ms. Aldisi and Mr. Saleem.
