UPON the First Respondent Orion Holdings Overseas Limited undertaking by Counsel to file a petition for its winding up within 48 hours of this Order

AND UPON the First Respondent's application for the appointment of a Provisional Liquidator to be made

IT IS ORDERED THAT:

1. Mr Shahab Haider of Sajjad Haider Chartered Accountants LLP shall be appointed as the Provisional Liquidator of Orion Holding Overseas Limited with immediate effect.

 

2. The Provisional Liquidator has permission to apply, on notice to Orion Holding Overseas Limited, for such directions as he thinks necessary for the purposes of securing and dealing with the assets of Orion Holding Overseas Limited pending the hearing of the petition to wind up.
