UPON reviewing Application Notice CFI 029-2017/1 dated 10 December 2017 filed by Counsel for the Claimant requesting to amend their Particulars of Claim pursuant to Rule 18.9 of the Rules of the DIFC Courts (“RDC”)
AND UPON the Defendants filing their response on 17 December 2017
AND UPON Paragraph 3 being amended to include the costs of amending the Defendants’ Defence
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:
1.The Claimant shall file and serve the amended Particulars of Claim by no later than 14 January 2018.
2. The Defendant shall file and serve the amended Defence by no later than 21 January 2018.
3. The Claimant shall pay the Defendants' costs arising out of the Application Notice, including but not limited to the Defendants’ costs in making consequential amendments to their Defence, in accordance with RDC 18.27, and such costs are to be assessed if not agreed.
