UPON reading the Defendant/Counterclaimant’s Application Notice for extension of time dated 8 March 2020 (the “Application”)
AND UPON reading the Claimant/Defendant to Counterclaim’s answer to the Application filed on 11 March 2020.
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:
1. The Defendant/Counterclaimant’s Application for extension of time is granted.
2. The filing dates as provided under paragraph 9(2) and 9(3) of the Order of Justice Sir Richard Field dated 3 March 2020 are extended as follows:
(a) The Defendant/Counterclaimant shall file the said amended Counterclaim no later than 4pm on 17 March 2020.
(b) The Claimant/Counterclaim Defendant shall have leave to make responsive amendments to its Reply and Defence to Counterclaim no later than 4pm on 14 April 2020.
3. The filing dates as provided under paragraph 10(2) and 10(3) of the Order of Justice Sir Richard Field dated 3 March 2020 are extended as follows:
(a) The Defendant/Counterclaimant shall file the said amended Counterclaim no later than 4pm on 17 March 2020.
(b) The Claimant/Counterclaim Defendant shall have leave to make responsive amendments to its Reply and Defence to Counterclaim no later than 4pm on 14 April 2020.
