1.The Defendant shall produce the following by no later than 4pm on Monday, 22 July 2019:
a) Documents numbered 1, 2, 3, 4 and 7 in the Redfern Schedule, and
b) a witness statement for documents numbered 5, 6 and 8 in the Redfern Schedule.
2. Liberty to apply.
3. Costs in the case.
