UPON the Claimant/Defendant by Counterclaim’s Application Notice dated 23 September 2019 (the “Application”)
AND UPON the Case Management Order of Judicial Officer Maha Al Mehairi dated 29 August 2019, as varied by the agreement of the Parties on 18 September 2019, which variation was approved by the registry on 18 September 2019 (the “CMC Order”).
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:
1.Pursuant to RDC 4.2(1), paragraph 2 of the CMC Order shall be varied so that the time for filing of the Claimant/Defendant by Counterclaim’s application for further production of documents by the Defendant/Claimant by Counterclaim and/or by any relevant third party Banks be extended to no later than 4pm on 24 September 2019. [RDC 28.51 to 28.56]
2.There shall be no Order on costs.
