CONSENT ORDER
THE AGREEMENT
The Claimant and the Third and Fourth Defendants have agreed that an amount of US$5,000 (Five Thousand US Dollars) should be paid within 14 days by the Third/Fourth Defendants to the Claimant, which amount represents the Third/Fourth Defendants' liability for 50% of the Claimant's legal costs of this claim up to and including 3 November 2009, pursuant to paragraph 5 of the Order of Justice Sir John Chadwick on 18 November 2009.
