AND UPON the Defendant’s Application Notice CFI 030-2014/2 filed on 4 November 2014 to set aside the Default Judgment issued on 29 October 2014;

AND PURSUANT to Part 4.12 of the Rules of the DIFC Courts (“RDC”);

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:

 The Enforcement Application shall be stayed until the determination of the Defendant’s Application or further Order from the Courts.
