AND UPON the Claimant consenting to the Defendant’s Application
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED BY CONSENT THAT:
1.1 The time for the Defendant to file and serve its Amended Defence in paragraph 4 be extended by 7 days until 21 June 2015.
1.2 The time for the Claimant to file an Amended Reply, if so advised be varied to 35 days from the date of service of the Defendant’s Amended Defence.
