ORDER TO CONTINUE THE INJUNCTION ORDER OF JUSTICE SIR RICHARD FIELD DATED 19 JULY 2019

UPON the application of the Applicant by a Part 8 Claim Form dated 8 July 2019

AND UPON the Court hearing from the Applicant and the Respondents at a hearing on 17 and 18 July 2019

AND UPON the Court having received undertakings from the Applicant to, inter alia, pay into Court EUR 350,000 by no later than 24 July 2019 as security

AND UPON the Injunction Order of Justice Sir Richard Field dated 19 July 2019 which was stated to take effect until 4 pm (Dubai) on 8 August 2019

AND UPON the Applicant having paid the sum of EUR 350,000 into Court

AND UPON the Applicant and the Respondents having requested a final determination on the question of the Court’s jurisdiction

AND UPON the Jurisdictional Ruling of Justice Sir Richard Field dated 4 August 2019 that the Court has jurisdiction over the Respondents in respect of the Applicant’s claim

AND UPON the Court's further directions made on 4 August 2019

AND UPON the application of the Applicant dated 29 July 2019 ("the Application")

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:

1. The Injunction Order of Justice Sir Richard Field issued on 19 July 2019 shall continue in full force and effect until the Application has been finally determined or further order of the Court.
2. The Respondents to file and serve any submissions in response to the Applicant's submissions dated 5 August 2019 by 4pm on Thursday, 8 August 2019.
3. The Applicant to file and serve any submissions in reply to the Respondents' submissions by 4pm on Wednesday, 14 August 2019.
4. A hearing of the Application to be listed not before Sunday, 25 August 2019.
5. Permission is granted for this Order to be served by the Applicant on the Intended Third and Fourth Defendants by email to the addresses stated in Paragraph 7 of the Injunction Order.
6. Costs reserved.
