AND UPON the Order of H.E. Justice Maha Al Mheiri dated 29 June 2022 granting the JJC Stay Applications and staying the proceedings (the “Order”)
AND UPON reviewing Application No. CFI-030-2022/5 dated 4 July 2022 filed by the Claimant to set-aside the Order
AND UPON hearing Counsel for the Claimant and Counsel for the Second Defendants at a hearing on 29 July 2022 (the “Hearing”)
AND UPON the First Defendant relying on his written submissions and waiving his right to attend the Hearing
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:
1. The JJC Stay Applications are dismissed.
2. Reasons to follow.
3. All parties are invited to make short submissions on costs by 4pm on 2 September 2022.
