AND PURSUANT TO Part 28 of the Rules of the DIFC Courts
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:
1. The Claimant shall produce the Request Nos. 1, 3, 4 and 5 in the Defendant’s redfern Schedule by no later than 19 March 2024.
2. The Claimant shall produce a witness statement in relation to Request No. 2.
3. The parties shall have liberty to apply.
4. There shall be no order as to costs.
