CONSENT ORDER
UPON the Order of H.E. Justice Omar Al-Muhairi dated 14 January 2018 (the "Order")
AND UPON reviewing the correspondence between the Registry and the parties regarding the Defendant’s application dated 8 February 2018 and the Claimant's application dated 22 February 2018 and the progress of the claim
AND UPON the agreement and consent of the parties
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED BY CONSENT THAT:
1.Time for compliance with paragraph (a) of the Order is extended to 31 July 2018.
2. The Defendant shall, by 19 April 2018, file and serve its reply to the Claimant's evidence in answer to the Defendant's application dated 8 February 2018 seeking to vary Part (b) of the Order.
3. The Parties agree that the Defendant’s application dated 8 February 2018 can be determined without a hearing.
4. The Claimant's application dated 22 February 2018 seeking to introduce further evidence in the form of "A final judgment rendered on 7 January 2018 by the Commercial Courts of First Instance of the State of Kuwait on case No. 2583/2017 declaring that the signatures on the personal guarantees attributed to the Claimant and his father by the Defendant are forged” is granted.
5. Costs in the case.
