ORDER

This claim having been called on this day for consolidation of the hearing before the Honorable Judge Ali Al Madhani

UPON hearing the Defendant propose that, as the parties and the subject of this case and case CFI 31/2009 are the same, this claim and the Defense in case CFI 31/2009 are the same and cannot be separated.

The Claimant agrees to what has been proposed by the Defendant and does not object to the consolidation of the two cases.

The Defendant advised the Court that the counterclaim is not clear and seeks more clarification. The Claimant agreed.

The Court indicated to the parties that the case is not a complicated one and, therefore, encouraged them to consider amicable settlement.

THE COURT ORDERS THAT:

1. The Defense in CFI 31/2009 and the claim in case CFI 32/2009 are considered to be one statement of case and, therefore, this case is consolidated with case CFI 31/2009.

 

2. All further proceedings in this case CFI 32/2009 therefore are stayed with immediate effect, save as regards costs incurred to date.

 

3. Such costs reserved to further order in case CFI 31/2009.
