1. The Third Claimant’s claims under Claim No. CFI-033-2015 be dismissed against the Third Defendant.
2. The Third Defendant’s appeals against the Third Claimant and the Third Claimant’s cross-appeals against the Third Defendant under Appeal No. CA-006-2018 be dismissed.
3. There be no order as to costs.
