UPON reviewing the Claimant's Application No. CFI-033-2017/22 dated 8 August 2021 (the “Application”) for a retrospective extension of time to file its application for an extension of time to file its evidence in answer to the Third Defendant's application for immediate judgment dated 29 June 2021
AND UPON reviewing all documents filed in support of the Application
AND UPON reviewing the Second Witness Statement of Mohammed Zaidan in response to the Claimant’s Application
AND UPON the Court’s general case management powers set out in Part 4 of the Rules of the DIFC Court
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:
1. The Application is granted.
2. The Claimant shall file its application within 1 day from the date of this Order.
3. Costs shall be costs in the case.
4. The parties shall have liberty to apply.
