UPON reviewing the Claimant's Application No CFI-033-2017/24 for an extension of time to file expert evidence dated 30 November 2021 (the “Application”)
AND UPON reviewing the Order of Justice Lord Angus Glennie dated 11 October 2021 pursuant to which the Application is made.
AND UPON reviewing all documents filed in support of the Application
AND UPON the Court’s general case management powers set out in Part 4 of the Rules of the DIFC Court
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:
1. The Application is granted.
2. The Claimant shall file and serve any expert report it wishes to rely on dealing with the question of whether the Third Defendant's signature on the Facility Agreement and the Guarantee has been forged within 8 weeks of the date of this Order.
