INTERIM ORDER

UPON reading the application of the Provisional Liquidator dated 15 December 2009 made with notice to the Respondents

IT IS ORDERED as follows:

1. All proceedings before the Dubai International Financial Centre Court against Orion Holding Overseas Limited and its subsidiaries are stayed until the hearing of the winding-up petition on 11 January 2010 or further order in the meantime.

 

2. No new proceedings shall be commenced against Orion Holding Overseas Limited and its subsidiaries without permission of the Court first being obtained.

 

3. The Provisional Liquidator has the ability to restore any proceedings against Orion Holding Overseas Limited or its subsidiaries on notice to the respective party, if he reasonably believes that it would be in the interest of Orion Holding Overseas Limited or its subsidiaries to continue with those proceedings.
