IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT permission to appeal against the Order with Reasons of H.E. Justice Shamlan Al Sawalehi dated 8 February 2018 be granted as the requirements of RDC 44.19 (1) have been met on the grounds that the appeal would have a real prospect of success.
