UPON reviewing all other relevant documents in the case file.
AND UPON reviewing the Article 44.19. (2) of the DIFC Courts Rules (The RDC),
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:
1.The permission to appeal Application against the Order of H.E Justice Omar Al Muhairi dated 16 July 2019 is granted on the basis that there is some other compelling reason why the appeal should be heard.
