UPON the Case Management Order of H.E. Justice Nassir Al Nasser dated 28 September 2023 (the “CM Order”)
AND UPON the parties having agreed to the terms of this Consent Order
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED BY CONSENT THAT:
1. Paragraph 12 and 13 of the CM Order be amended as follows:
13. Any Witness Statement evidence in reply shall be filed and served within two weeks thereafter and in any event by no later than 4pm on 29 April 2024."
2. There shall be no order as to costs.
