AND UPON hearing the Claimants' counsel and the Defendant in person at the Pre-Trial Review hearing held on 20 October 2013
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:
1. Witness Statements of Fact
(i) The Claimants to serve and file supplementary witness statements, if any, in response to the Defendants' supplementary witness statements of Wadih El Chaer and Cherise Pereira dated 8 October 2013, by no later than 24 October 2013.
2. Expert Reports(i) The Claimants to file a supplemental expert report listing areas of agreement and disagreement, if any, by no later than 24 October 2013.
3. Trial Bundles(i) Agreed Trial Bundles shall be completed and lodged by no later than 3 November 2013.
4. Reading List(i) A single reading list approved by all parties' legal representatives for trial shall be lodged with the
Registry by no later than
12 November 2013, together with an estimate of time required for reading.
5. Skeleton Argument, Opening Statements and Chronology(i) Skeleton Arguments and Written Opening statements shall be served on all parties and lodged with the Court by no later than 12 November 2013 for the Claimants and by no later than 13 November 2013 for the Defendant.
(ii) Parties to prepare a Chronology of significant events, cross-referenced to significant documents, pleadings and witness statements, to be agreed, insofar as possible, and shall be filed by the Claimants by no later than 12 November 2013.
6. The trial in this matter is listed to take place on 17 November 2013 for five days.
