UPON the Parties having agreed an updated procedural timetable
AND UPON reviewing the Rules of the DIFC Courts (“RDC”)
AND UPON reviewing the Case Management Order of H.E Justice Nassir Al Nasser (the “CMO”)
AND UPON reviewing the Consent Orders dated 22 January 2024, 5 and 23 February 2024, and 1 April 2024
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:
1. The procedural timetable shall be amended as follows:
Witness Statements (RDC Part 29)
1. Signed statements of witnesses of fact, and hearsay notices where required by the RDC shall be exchanged by no later than 4pm on 29 April 2024.
2. Any Witness Statement evidence in reply shall be filed and served no later than 4pm on 6 May 2024.
3. All the directions in the CMO, including the trial date set for 8 July 2024 are unamended.
