UPON reviewing the Claimant’s Request for Document Disclosure from the Third Defendant filed on 8 February 2021 pursuant to Rule 28.16 of the Rules of the DIFC Courts (“Claimant’s Request to Produce”)
AND UPON the Third Defendant filing objections to the Claimant’s Request to Produce
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:
1. The Third Defendant shall, by 3pm on Sunday, 14 March 2021:
a) produce requests numbered. 6 and 7 in the Claimant’s Redfern Schedule; and
b) provide a Statement of Truth in relation requests numbered 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27 and 28 in the Claimant’s Redfern schedule.
