CONSENT ORDER BETWEEN THE CLAIMANT AND THE FIRST AND SECOND DEFENDANTS
UPON the Order of H.E. Justice Maha Al Mheiri dated 23 February 2021 (the “Order”)
UPON the Third Defendant having consented to additional time in which the Claimant shall produce some of the documents ordered to be produced pursuant to the Order
UPON the Claimant and the Third Defendant having agreed to vary the terms of the Case Management Order dated 29 December 2020 (the “CMO”) as set out below
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED BY CONSENT THAT:
1. Paragraph 1(a) of the Order shall be varied to provide:
(a) The Claimant shall produce the following requests to the Third Defendant by 3pm on Tuesday, 9 March 2021: Requests numbered 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 as set out in the Third Defendant’s Redfern schedule.
(b) The Claimant shall produce the following requests to the Third Defendant by 4pm on Tuesday, 24 March 2021: Requests numbered 9 and 10 as set out in the Third Defendant’s Redfern schedule.
2. Paragraph 6 of the CMO shall be varied to provide that the Claimant shall comply with the terms of the Order (as amended pursuant to paragraph 1 above) and file a Document Production Statement by 4pm on 23 March 2021.
