CONSENT ORDER BETWEEN THE CLAIMANT AND THE THIRD DEFENDANT
UPON the Claimant and the Third Defendant having agreed to vary the terms of the Case Management Order dated 29 December 2020 (the “CMO”) as set out below:
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED BY CONSENT THAT:
1. Paragraph 7 of the CMO is varied to provide that the Claimant and the Third Defendant shall file and exchange witness statements of fact, and hearsay notices where required by the RDC, by 6pm on Tuesday, 13 April 2021.
2. Paragraph 8 of the CMO is varied to provide that any witness statements in reply shall be filed and exchanged by 4pm on Tuesday, 4 May 2021.
3. Paragraph 11 of the CMO is varied to provide that the Claimant and the Third Defendant shall file and exchange expert reports by 4pm on Thursday, 13 May 2021.
4. Paragraph 12 of the CMO is varied to provide that supplemental expert reports shall be filed and served by 4pm on Thursday, 27 May 2021.
