THE JUDICIAL AUTHORITY OF THE DUBAI INTERNATIONAL FINANCIAL CENTRE
PURSUANT to the Judgment of the Deputy Chief Justice Sir Anthony Colman dated 4 April 2010.
IT IS ORDERED THAT:
1. The claims against the First Defendant be struck out for want of jurisdiction.
2. The Claimants pay the costs of the First Defendants incurred in the claim to date.
3. The Claimants file a statement identifying the grounds on which the Court has jurisdiction to hear claims against the Second to Fifth Defendants, by 4pm on 4 August 2010.
4. The Defendants file their response to the Claimants' statement of grounds for jurisdiction by 4pm on 9 August 2010.
5. A hearing by video conference before Justice Sir Anthony Colman be fixed for a date not before 11 August 2010 and not later than 12 August 2010 to hear the balance of the 2nd 3rd, 4th and 5th Defendants' application of 21 January 2010 in relation to jurisdiction.
