UPON the parties having agreed to vary the terms of the Case Management Conference Order dated 5 September 2019 by a Consent Order dated 4 June 2020 (the “Consent Order”)
AND UPON the parties having agreed to vary the terms of the Consent Order as set out below
AND UPON reading the Court file
AND UPON reviewing the Rules of the DIFC Courts (“RDC”)
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED BY CONSENT THAT:
1. Paragraph 3 of the Consent Order be varied to provide that expert reports shall be filed and served by no later than 4pm on Thursday 17 September 2020.
2. Paragraph 4 of the Consent Order be varied to provide that supplemental expert reports shall be filed and served by no later than 4pm on Thursday 8 October 2020.
3. Costs in the case.
4. Liberty to apply.
