AND UPON reading the documents in the Court file
AND PURSUANT to Part 14.2 of the DIFC Court Rules (the “RDC”)
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:
1.The Application is granted on the basis that the Defendant should be allowed to defend the claim.
2.The Default Judgment is set aside.
3.The Defendant shall file and serve its defence to the statement of case and particulars of claim within 28 days from the date that this order is issued.
4.Costs in the case.
