UPON the parties having agreed to the terms set out in a settlement agreement dated 10th May 2022 (the “Agreement”), copies of which are held by the parties
BY CONSENT IT IS ORDERED THAT:
1. All further proceedings in this action be discontinued, except for the purpose of carrying the terms of the Agreement into effect.
2. Each party shall have permission to apply to Court to enforce those terms without the need to bring a new claim.
3. Each party shall bear its own costs.
