AMENDED CONSENT ORDER
UPON the Case Management Order of H.E. Justice Nassir Al Nasser dated 15 December 2023 (the “CMC Order”)
AND UPON the Consent Order dated 8 March 2024
AND UPON the agreement of the Parties to extend the deadline to exchange witness evidence until after document production is complete
AND UPON the Order of H.E. Justice Maha Al Mheiri dated 17 May 2024
AND UPON the email from the DIFC Courts’ Registry on 20 May 2024 to the parties confirming document production shall be completed on 13 June 2024
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED BY CONSENT THAT:
1. The Claimants shall file and serve an amended Particulars of Claim consequential on the parties’ disclosure by 4pm GST on 4 July 2024.
2. The Defendants shall file and serve any amendments to the Defence by 4pm GST on 18 July 2024.
3. The date by which the Parties shall file and serve witness statements at paragraph 10 of the CMC Order shall be extended to 4pm GST on 25 July 2024.
4. The date by which the Parties shall file and serve any witness statements in reply at paragraph 11 of the CMC Order shall be extended by 4pm GST on 29 August 2024.
5. The costs of this Order shall be costs in the case.
