AND UPON the parties having agreed pursuant to RDC 26.46 to vary paragraph 6 of the CMC Order by consent
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED BY CONSENT THAT:
1. By no later than 4pm (GST) on 16 December 2024, each party shall file and serve on the other party a draft Request to Produce in a form which substantially complies with Schedule A to RDC Part 28.
2. There shall be no order as to costs.
3. The parties shall have liberty to apply.
